Next Day Delivery
Our next day delivery service is available on our stock items. Some product are made to order & therefore require additional production time.
The cost & availability of this service can vary throughout the year depending on a number of factors. These include but are not limited to: demand, availability of product materials & stock levels.
Order before 12 noon Monday to Friday and your order will usually be delivered on the next working day. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will usually be dispatched on the next working day.
Express Delivery
Our express delivery service is available on our stock items, where next day is not. Through this service we aim to get your product to you as quickly as possible, usually 2-3 working days.

FREE Standard Delivery
Free standard delivery is available on our made to order and personalised items and will usually be delivered within 3-4 working days.

Due to courier restrictions, there is a surcharge per parcel for deliveries to Scottish Highlands & Islands. The final cost will be calculated at checkout.

Our express delivery service is available on our *stock products and incurs a surcharge (calculated at checkout). Your order will usually be delivered within 3-5 working days.
Made to Order Products
Our standard delivery is available on all our ranges including *stock, made to order and personalised items and will usually be delivered within 4-5 working days.

Other Delivery Information
Bank Holidays
We do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Any orders taken before, on or after a Bank Holiday will not be processed until the next working day and will be delivered as per the delivery option chosen at checkout.
Multiple Parcels
Due to courier restrictions some of our larger bean bags will be sent in multiple parcels and may be delivered on different deliveries. However, it is quick and easy to fill your bean bag cover up, just follow the instructions on your packing slip!

Delivery Issues (DPD Only)
Contact DPD Directly via WhatsApp if you have any issues regarding the delivery of your order. For example, you’re missing parcels, wondering when your delivery slot is or your parcel says it has been delivered but you are unsure where.
